These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the foodcore2k.com website and the Foodcore2K apparel brand operated by ALSTIG INC out of Cedar Park, Texas. By using foodcore2k.com or purchasing a Foodcore2K product through one of our authorized sales channels, you agree to these Terms.
About the brand
Foodcore2K designs Y2K food-aesthetic graphic tees. Designs are created in Cedar Park, Texas. Apparel is printed on demand on Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex blanks by Printful, our fulfillment partner, at their US printing facilities. There is no physical Foodcore2K storefront or warehouse — every garment is made-to-order at the time of purchase.
The website
foodcore2k.com is an informational landing page. The site describes the brand, showcases current designs, and routes visitors to our authorized sales channels. No transactions happen on foodcore2k.com itself. Descriptions, design images, and promotional copy on this site reflect our current understanding of available products at time of publication; for current pricing, availability, and product specifications, please check the active listing on the platform you intend to purchase from.
Authorized sales channels
Foodcore2K apparel is sold exclusively through the following channels operated by us:
- Etsy — Foodcore2K shop — primary sales channel. Orders, payments, returns, and customer service flow through Etsy and are governed by Etsy's Terms of Use and our shop policies on Etsy.
- TikTok Shop — Foodcore2K seller — secondary sales channel within the TikTok app. Orders placed through TikTok Shop are governed by TikTok Shop's seller policies and the platform's purchase terms.
If you encounter a "Foodcore2K" branded product or listing on any other platform, marketplace, or website, it is not affiliated with us. We do not authorize any third party to resell or relist our designs.
Pricing and availability
Pricing differs between Etsy and TikTok Shop to account for each platform's seller fees and commissions. The price you see on the listing at the time you place the order is the price you pay. We do not run "limited edition" runs; every design is print-on-demand and available so long as the listing is active. We do not currently operate a scheduled drop cadence (weekly, monthly, or otherwise) — new designs ship when they're ready and available designs stay available.
Shipping and returns
Orders are printed and shipped by Printful from their US fulfillment network. Shipping times, costs, and destination availability are shown at checkout on the platform you order through, and reflect Printful's current routing for your address.
- Etsy orders: 30-day return window per Etsy shop policy. Returns are handled through Etsy's resolution flow.
- TikTok Shop orders: returns handled per TikTok Shop's seller-of-record refund policies, accessible through the TikTok Shop app.
Because every garment is made-to-order, custom-text or personalized variants (if offered) may be exempt from standard returns — the listing will say so. Misprints, damaged shipments, or fulfillment errors by Printful are eligible for free replacement or refund on either platform.
Product disclaimers
Foodcore2K tees are printed on Bella+Canvas 3001, a mid-weight unisex blank (4.2 oz, 100% combed ring-spun cotton in solid colors). This is a commodity blank used widely in the print-on-demand industry — Foodcore2K's value is in the design, not the substrate. We do not claim premium fabric weight, durability beyond standard cotton-tee wear, or fade resistance beyond what Printful's DTG (direct-to-garment) printing process produces. Care per the platform listing's care instructions.
Intellectual property
The Foodcore2K name, brand identity, design artwork, and visual aesthetic are owned by ALSTIG INC. Designs are licensed for personal use embedded in apparel you purchase — you may wear, photograph, and share them. You may not reproduce, redistribute, screen-print, sublimate, or otherwise replicate the designs onto your own merchandise, nor list them for sale on any platform. Unauthorized reproduction will be reported to the hosting platform (Etsy, TikTok Shop, Redbubble, Amazon, etc.) under the applicable IP-infringement workflow.
Acceptable use of the website
Don't scrape foodcore2k.com beyond what robots.txt and standard polite crawl behavior permit. Don't reverse-engineer the site or attempt to access non-public endpoints. Don't use the site or our designs to harass, defame, or violate the rights of others.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
foodcore2k.com and the Foodcore2K brand are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a Foodcore2K product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Platform-specific buyer protections (Etsy's purchase protection, TikTok Shop's refund guarantees) provide additional remedies and are not limited by these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes are heard in the courts of Travis County, Texas, unless resolved through informal negotiation or mutually-agreed mediation first. Nothing in these Terms removes any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the laws of your home jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
If we update these Terms materially, we update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of foodcore2k.com or purchase of Foodcore2K products after a material update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
